This activity encourages and deepens peer to peer relationships as students have to use teamwork to plan content and order. Students initially storyboard their ideas and decide what type of show they want to create, after the planning stages they start the recording process, followed by the editing and finally adding credits. During the activity, students will learn how to use our HD camcorders and a basic video editing package; we again provide all the equipment and just need a classroom. |
Animation | |

The simple crumpling of a crisp packet can be turned into an explosion of fireworks and the students are given free reign to explore their creativity and excel. All equipment is provided and all we require is an allocated classroom. |
Photography | |
| Age: 7yrs+ | Group size: 10-30 Requirement: Classroom | After school club: No | Photography teaches students how to take the perfect photograph, before learning how to use applications such as Photoshop to manipulate them and create a digital media project. Students will start by picking a theme for their photo shoot, taking into consideration location and lighting to get the best picture. Once having taken the photograph they then edit it using Photoshop. Here students will learn how to get the best out of their pictures by adding effects, playing with different colouring and 'touching up' any imperfections. |
