Holiday Clubs
We can offer different levels of service, depending on your holiday requirements. Our flexibility allows you to mix and match themes and activities to create a bespoke package. All themes can be adapted to be part of a holiday club.
Ad Hoc | |
| Group Size 15-20 per leader | Our minimum holiday club session is 2 hours with a maximum of 4 hours in any one activity. Please note we do not offer themed packages as Ad Hoc sessions. |
Silver Package | |
| Group Size 35, 45 or 60 participants | Activity Only Holiday Clubs These usually run between the hours of 10am-12noon and 1pm-3pm. Using this package we provide the activity and the school is only responsible for providing one member of staff to cover registration, lunch and other pastoral aspects. |
Gold Package | |
| Group Size 35, 45 or 60 participants | Holiday Clubs with Our Support Staff Normally run between 10am-3pm with a supervised lunch from 12pm-1pm. Here we provide the activities and a member of our support team is on hand to do registration, provide lunchtime supervision and oversee any other pastoral duties. It is the responsibility of the school is to provide a register and consent forms with the participant’s names on day one. |
Diamond Package | |
| Group Size 35, 45 or 60 participants | Holiday Clubs with Our Support Staff and Text or Web Recruitment Here we provide the activities, a member of support staff and a text or online recruitment service. The online facilities allow parents to secure their child’s place by filling in a consent form. If a place is secured via text a consent form is completed on day 1 of the club. This, in turn, results in less paperwork for the school. Please note, if we undertake recruitment then the participants must be booked onto the full holiday club. |
Marketing Bundles | |
| Junior Jam also provides a variety of marketing packages which includes personalised flyers, assemblies and exposure on the Junior Jam website. There are several different bundles available with differing numbers of flyers and assemblies to suit various sized schools and clusters Bundle A - 1 assembly and 250 A6 colour flyers Bundle B - 1 assembly and 500 A6 colour flyers Bundle C - 4 assemblies* and 1000 A6 colour flyers Bundle D - No assembly and 1,500 flyers Bundle E - No assembly and 250 flyers |
