Welcome to the Junior Jam recruitment page. There will be opportunities for professional development as Junior Jam works in collaboration with schools to continue on our journey of improvement. Currently we are looking for staff to work as part of our team to teach PPA cover, After School clubs, Breakfast and Lunch clubs, Holiday Clubs and cover Supply.

Office, West Yorkshire

We are looking for an organised and keen person to join our team and assist with recruitment administration of staff, perform general admin task and assist with managing existing customers whilst keeping accurate records up to date. We are educational service provider and have staff that teach specialist subjects within primary schools throughout England. This is a full-time permanent position, between the hours of 8-4pm Monday to Friday – based at our head office in Wyke. The role would include: - • Providing all-round administrative and customer service support in the office • Assisting with recruiting new staff, following current vetting procedures and right to work legislation • Maintaining accurate customer records on the computer system and updating when needed • Preparing and sending out product information brochures to new and prospective customers • Sorting out the post • Answering the phones • Filing • Updating Marketing databases The successful candidate must have: - • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office) • Good Telephone Manner • Excellent organisational skills Desired by not essential: - • Driving license and own car • Experience teaching sports, dance, drama, Languages or music to cover teaching staff • Experience in recruitment, sales and within an office environment is preferred. The successful candidate must undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
