Our Provision

Adaptive Learning for Every Child

Every classroom contains pupils with different abilities, learning styles and levels of confidence.

That's why adaptive learning sits at the heart of our curriculum.

Our lessons are carefully structured to ensure that every pupil can access learning at an appropriate level while still being challenged to make progress. Through skilled questioning, differentiated activities and personalised support, our specialist teachers create inclusive learning environments where every child can thrive.

By adapting lessons to meet individual needs, we help pupils build confidence, develop new skills and achieve success regardless of their starting point.

Why Choose Us

We work extremely hard to ensure that we provide a great service for the schools we work with, and this has enabled us to become one of the leading providers of PPA cover and educational workshops in the country.

Our approach to the service we provide is focused around the needs and requirements of the school we are working with. Therefore, before we provide any lessons at your school, our professional and friendly office staff will speak to you about how you would like us to deliver them.

Before the first PPA Cover session, our member of staff will arrive 30 minutes early to fill in PPA questionnaire relating to your school and the classes they will be teaching. In this time we aim to learn about your behaviour policy, housekeeping and if/how you wish us to dismiss and register your children. We take the time to ensure that our instructors have as much information about your school and pupils as possible so that they are better prepared to teach.

You will have access to our secure online portal where you can access key information. We have found this is a quick and easy way to provide you with all of the information you require to be deep dive ready and to know what your pupils are doing from week to week. Using your unique login details you can access all of our risk assessments and insurance documents, as well as a copy of each staff member’s DBS details with a photo attached. You can also access all of the planning documents and see the work that children have produced.

Developing Oracy Across the Curriculum Strong communication skills are essential for success both in school and beyond.

Oracy is embedded throughout every Junior Jam lesson, providing pupils with regular opportunities to speak, listen, collaborate, present and perform.

Whether pupils are discussing musical ideas, performing in front of their peers, speaking in French or Spanish, presenting a computing project or leading a team activity in PE, they are continually developing the confidence and communication skills needed for lifelong success.

Our approach to Oracy helps pupils:

  • Become confident communicators
  • Develop rich subject-specific vocabulary
  • Improve speaking and listening skills
  • Build self-confidence
  • Strengthen critical thinking
  • Enhance collaboration and teamwork

These skills support learning across the wider curriculum while contributing to pupils' personal development and future aspirations.
