Welcome to the Junior Jam recruitment page. The current posts offer an exciting opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic individual who wishes to be actively involved in the changes currently taking place in education and in schools. There will be opportunities for professional development as Junior Jam works in collaboration with schools to continue on our journey of improvement. Junior Jam are also keen to promote opportunities for developing potential leaders, and will ensure that access to support and advice from high quality and experienced colleagues is provided. Currently we are looking for staff to work as part of our team to teach PPA cover, After School clubs, Breakfast and Lunch clubs, Holiday Clubs and cover Supply.

Performing Arts PPA Cover provides engaging lessons that help pupils develop creativity, confidence and communication skills in a supportive environment. Through activities exploring characters, stories and real-life situations, pupils think imaginatively, express themselves clearly and work collaboratively, building skills that support learning across the wider curriculum.With progressive levels from EYFS to Year 6, delivered by qualified specialist instructors, the programme combines drama, singing, dance and musical theatre. Therefore, supporting elements of the English, Music and PE curriculum while giving pupils the opportunity to thrive in the performing arts.

Our inclusive sessions are designed for all abilities, helping pupils strengthen teamwork, listening and self-expression while building positive relationships with their peers. The result is confident, engaged learners who benefit academically, socially and emotionally through the power of the performing arts.

Our curriculum is carefully structured with progressive levels for each activity, allowing pupils to engage from Reception through to Year 6 and develop essential skills year on year without repeating content. All courses are fully inclusive, designed to nurture collaboration, empathy and strong peer relationships while fostering confidence and self-expression. Our Drama PPA Cover is lively, interactive and fun, giving pupils a chance to explore creativity, build communication skills, and enjoy a dynamic performing arts experience that supports both personal and social development.
