Junior Jam is an education supplier dedicated to providing high-quality PPA Cover, After School Clubs, Holiday Clubs, and Activity Days for schools. With over 20 years of experience, we partner with over 2,500 primary schools across the England, delivering a wide range of subjects and activities led by expert instructors. Summary: We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the UK and develop our business . This role is crucial in driving our mission to enhance educational experiences for young people by expanding our partnerships with schools. The Sales Executive will play a key role in promoting our comprehensive range of educational services. This position has the option to be term time only and therefore only run for 38weeks of the year, with the holiday allowance taken outside of term time. Salary basic £25,000-£30,000 pro rata, OTE £42,000. Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain relationships with primary schools across the England. -Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth. -Conduct market analysis to understand trends and customer needs. -Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies. -Utilize CRM Dynamics to track sales activities and manage customer relationships. -Provide feedback from schools to improve service offerings. -Attend networking events and represent Junior Jam at industry conferences. -Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company goals. -Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the education sector. -Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs. -Familiarity with CRM Dynamics or similar CRM software. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. -A passion for education and improving student outcomes is highly desirable.
