Welcome Francesca!

A huge welcome from all of us in the office to Francesca for joining our Junior Jam Team! Here's a little introduction from herself:

Hi everyone, I’m Francesca, the new Recruitment & HR Officer at Junior Jam!

I’ve just completed my first week at Junior Jam and have enjoyed every minute of it. I’ve got stuck in with the recruitment straight away, organising interviews for the Holiday Clubs that we run across West Yorkshire. It’s been a full-on week, learning all the new processes and aspects of the job, but I’ve enjoyed every minute of it!

I have a BSc in Psychology with Criminology and a MSc in Investigative Psychology from The University of Huddersfield. After graduating, I worked in Education Recruitment, working with SEND and Mainstream schools across the country before moving into a more varied position. I am a keen traveller, and have solo travelled to New York, Las Vegas, and The Dominican Republic. However, nothing beats reading a good book around the pool.

I’m really enjoying my time so far and am looking forward to getting to know everyone more.
