OTE £22,500- £24,5000 pa Start Date: October 2020 or Sooner We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven person to join our organisation to assist with the recruitment of staff, management of sessional teaching staff, manage existing customers and to actively seek and develop new ones. The role also would include administration. We are educational service provider and have staff that teach specialist subjects within primary schools throughout England. This is a full-time permanent position, 8-4pm Monday to Friday – based at our office in Wyke. The role would include: - · Creating marketing communication plans and mailshots · Maintaining and providing comprehensive product information to customers · Recruiting new staff, following current vetting procedures and right to work legislation · Managing and co-ordinating Staff (Teaching & Office) · Managing customer accounts · Visiting current and prospective customers · Administration tasks related to your duties · Selling to schools and taking orders · Looking for cross-selling opportunities which will increase customer spend · Carrying out additional duties, as required · Showing a genuine want to help the team achieve its objectives · Having the ability and willingness to acquire job related skills and knowledge through self-development and by learning from others The successful candidate must have: - · Driving license and own car · Good IT skills (Microsoft Office) · Good Telephone Manner · Excellent organisational skills Experience in recruitment and sales and Marketing within an office environment is preferred. The successful candidate must also undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
