London Staff Training 25

On Wednesday 27^th August we had the pleasure of hosting our London based new starters at The Thurrock hotel for their official training and induction day. It was an exciting opportunity to welcome fresh faces to the team, provide them with the tools they’ll need, and set them up for success as they begin their journey with us.

We arrived at the Thurrock Hotel at 8.30am and prepped our meeting rooms. Each new starter received a staff handbook, important contacts card, uniform and of course equipment. The day began with introductions and inductions, giving our new teachers the chance to learn more about the company, our values, and the people they’ll be working alongside.

Emily– Music & Media
Emily was especially delighted to welcome all the new music and media staff. Being able to meet everyone in person gave her the chance to put names to faces and start building relationships with the team. She’s looking forward to supporting them as they bring creativity and energy to classrooms across the country.

Jess - MFL, PE & Dance
For Jess, the highlight of the day was meeting and welcoming her new modern foreign languages, PE, and dance teachers. The training provided the perfect setting to answer questions, set expectations, and create a strong foundation for the exciting year ahead.

We were also lucky to have Shaun, our Midlands Manager, on hand to help. Shaun was the welcoming face for many throughout the day, overseeing the distribution of equipment straight from our giant van! Alongside supporting new starters, he also met with existing staff who came to collect their equipment for the teaching year ahead.

The day closed with a real sense of energy and excitement for what lies ahead. With new staff across music, media, MFL, PE, and dance joining the team, and with the support of us at Junior Jam, the future looks bright.
