Catch up Funding for schools is an Amazing oppotunity

The Government have announced £650 million in additional funding for the 2020-21 academic year to help their pupils catch up on education missed as a result of Coronavirus and school closures. There will also be £350 million to pay for a National Tutoring Programme, which will run next academic year and give schools access to subsidised tutoring and free coaches for up to two million disadvantaged pupils

Junior Jam can help you release your staff to help students catch up, whilst we teach them Music, PE, MFL, Drama and Computing. This would be a great way of children experiencing new activities such as music production, Capoeira and steel pans. We also offer SMART PPA Carousels so multiple staff can be released at once.

The DfE has also said schools can spend the money on other initiatives, such as summer schools. We provide fully managed clubs so no school staff need to be on-site. We offer online recruitment, flyers and even can provide a healthy packed lunch.

We think the Catch Up Funding is a great way of children getting what they missed out on this year and Junior Jam would love to work with schools across the England to help.
