Holiday Clubs Week 4

Week 4 has been another roaring success as over 250 children took part in holiday clubs across 8 schools in Bradford. The clubs have been running at Margaret McMillan, Bradford Academy, Dixons Allerton, Thornton Primary, Woodside Academy, St Anne's Catholic Primary, Lapage Primary and Swain House Primary. The aim of the clubs is to tackle holiday hunger and give parents free entry for their children to participate in activites based around ICT, music and sports. Children also get a free, healthy lunch provided. The feedbck from both parents and children is that they have really enjoyed the activities and we have had many asking if we are running anything like this again.

There are still 2 weeks left to go with many more children attending schools who have received funding will be enojoying what is on offer.
