iJam Competition Winners

After much deliberation and plenty of song-listening we have found our first iJam Competition Winners! We picked the three main areas we operate – The North, The Midlands and London, and chose a winner and runners up from each of those areas. Each winner has bagged a £20 Amazon voucher for their school. Congratulations and well done to the winners and all runners up!

The winning school in The North is Gee Cross Holy Trinity CofE Primary School. Blythe and Charlotte made a wonderful track with good use of song writing, rapping and vocals. The runners up were Has and Mo from Holden Clough Community Primary School, DQ, AG and JB from Lady Elizabeth Hastings Primary School, Joe and Rory from Holy Trinity Rothwell CofE Academy, and Mariam and Reem from Broad Oak Primary School.

Also well done to our teacher Jonathon for teaching in the school with the winning track.

Congratulations to GG from Yarnfield Primary School who are our Midlands winners. This track showed brilliant use of functions combined with silence to make an outstanding track. The runners up were Amber and Florence from St Benedict Biscop CofE Primary School, Jia-Wen and Johnny from Jesson’s CofE Primary School, Corbyn from Snape Wood Primary and Nursery School, and Elder, Zara and Amaya from Woodfield Junior School.

Well done to James who teaches the class at the winning school.

The London winner is Oliver and Jack from Biggin Hill Primary School. They made a very current sounding track showing outstanding use of GarageBand. The runners up were Ruth and Ngozi from St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, DE and NGE from Blackwell Primary School, SH and N from Our Lady and St George’s Catholic Primary School, and M Rap from Longlands Primary School.

Daryll teaches at the winning school so well done to him.
