It’s recruitment season for PPA Cover teachers

It’s recruitment season for PPA Cover teachers

Last Updated: 08 Sep, 2019

Now I may be slightly biased when I say this, but these departments really are delivered by the best of the best when it comes to PPA cover. I am also head of sales for our excellent PPA cover provisions, not that it needs me, our PPA cover really does sell its self! So much so that I have had to venture out of the office in search of new stars to add to our team.

This week I have been in London continuing our recruitment process for the next generation of Junior Jam PPA Cover superstars. I have had two fun-filled, fast paced and busy days meeting potential candidates who are looking to deliver our highly educational and extremely engaging PPA lessons to our ever growing list of primary schools throughout the Greater London area. In hindsight, my trip could of warranted an extra day or two, as the response to our recruitment drive was overwhelming to say the least! I didn’t even have time to get any shopping time in!

I have met some absolutely amazing potential new dance teachers, and discovered a great group of MFL instructors that I am super confident will continue to deliver the quality PPA cover that we have come to be known for here at Junior Jam.

Moving forward from my trip to the capital, I will return to my base of operations in the  office, armed with a full diary of further interview appointments with candidates from many different counties to ensure our rapidly increasing team of new PPA teachers will be ready to continue bringing the Junior Jam magic to schools across the country in the new academic year!

If you think you could be part of our fantastic PPA Cover team for the 2019/2020 school year, and would like to join the energising and educational world that is Junior Jam - please visit us here at www.juniorjam.co.uk/jobs
